Patrick is a fourth-generation Central Floridian and brings over 15 years of real estate development experience. He is engaged in all aspects of the firm's real estate practice including development, owner’s representation, acquisitions and dispositions. Patrick’s responsibilities range from planning and designing to leasing and sales, construction management, capital structuring, and financial analysis.     

Prior to his involvement with Hughes, he was a senior development manager for a Central Florida real estate development company where he managed over $400 million in active developments. Earlier, he served as an associate at an investment banking firm where he closed over $500 million in M&A transactions. Patrick began his career at a commercial bank where became the senior commercial and real estate loan underwriter for the Central Florida market.

Patrick graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in International Business. He is also a licensed real estate sales associate in the state of Florida. He lives in Winter Park with his wife, Katie, and their four children.
