Grant Street Construction Begins: Phase Three

Construction has begun on a new 12,600-square-foot commercial building situated in the SODO market of Orlando.

The building is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2025. Hughes will serve as the development adviser for the construction project as well as the leasing agent and property manager. The site initially served as a utility distribution center for Hughes Supply. The phased development program will total over 80,000 square feet across four buildings, featuring a mix of commercial and industrial spaces.
